Shipping and Return Policies
1. Shipping Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Personalized items require additional processing time. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, the non-personalized items will be shipped first, while personalized items will be shipped later.
2. Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹449 within India.
- For international orders and returns, free shipping is not applicable, and additional charges may apply.
3. Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- If your order includes multiple items, such as personalised jewellery, it may arrive in separate shipments.
Returns
1. Return Policy:
- We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, with no questions asked.
- All refunds are subject to verification and inspection of the returned items upon receipt at our warehouse.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable in case of returns.
2. Missing Items in Returns:
- If a customer returns multiple products but all said items are not included in the actual return pickup, Miaura reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund amount.
3. Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received at our warehouse.
- Refunds for eligible products will be processed to the original payment method, subject to standard processing timelines.
4. Replacement and Exchange:
- You can opt for a replacement or exchange of your product under the same conditions as those applicable for returns.
- Replacement items will only be shipped after the initial return product is successfully picked up or delivered back to Miaura.
5. Return Process:
- Returns can be initiated directly through the Miaura website.
- Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support Team, who will guide you through the return process.
- Once a return request is booked, please ensure availability for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reverse pickup by the delivery partner, requiring the process to be re-initiated, thereby increasing the timeline.
- In cases where reverse pickups are unavailable in your area, you may be requested to return the product via an alternative courier service, such as India Post. Miaura will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to ₹70. Any additional charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, etc.) exceeding ₹70 will be adjusted against the refund amount.
6. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:
- For pin codes where the reverse pickup is not available, customers are responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse.
- Miaura will reimburse ₹70 towards shipping costs as part of the refund.
7. Empty Parcels or Missing Products:
- In the rare event that you receive an empty parcel or your product is missing, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.
- A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is required to process such claims.
- Claims without sufficient evidence or showing signs of tampering may not be honoured. Miaura reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases. Additional Terms for Returns
- Any products returned must include the original packaging, invoice, and certificates (e.g., authenticity certificate).
- Refunds will not be issued if items show signs of wear, damage, or missing components (e.g., stones, tags).
